Half Sheet Pan
Double Delux Brownies
We did the math for 1.5 original ingredients. Bake in a half-sheet pan**and you can have 24 brownies quickly and easily!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 24 brownies
Dry Ingredients:
3 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups (12 oz bag) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Wet Ingredients:
6 eggs, scrambled
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
3 teaspoons vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 18x13x1 inch half-sheet pan** with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine

Add each of the wet ingredients and mix well, until you no longer see any dry ingredients. It will be THICK.

Spread evenly into the prepared sheet pan.

Bake for 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.

**A half-sheet pan can be used as a cookie sheet, but not all cookie sheets are half-sheet pans! You need a 18x13-inch pan with 1-inch sides!
